I was watching some horse races from Saratoga.. and the owner in suit is walking the winner to the winners circle.. and I say..."that looks like Kevin Warch" the new head of the Federal Reserve Bank. He co-owns Jump Sucker Stable LLC. Theyve owned some very big horses, including, these days Deterministic. Have owned Blacktype and Governor Malibu. Since it is well known that all horseplayers die broke this is a matter of some national concern. [Joking]
